Rates For Short Bookings
Book a small room, the boardroom or a day office at Weatherill House. Meeting rooms may be booked Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm, and Saturdays 9:00am to 1:00pm by prior arrangement. Meeting rooms have a 2 hour minimum booking and are held once paid in full. Tea and coffee can be arranged, and the day office includes tea and coffee.

£130 + VAT half day. £230 + VAT full day. Screen, whiteboard and the best afternoon light in the building.
Day office
9:00am to 5:30pm
£85 + VAT per day
A private work room for the day with tea and coffee included. Useful between meetings or for visiting project work.

The boardroom
The Room Local Solicitors Keep Asking For
The boardroom is Marion Weatherill’s favourite room, partly because nobody has managed to persuade her to replace the older table. It is heavy, marked in a few honest places and the right size for papers, laptops, water glasses and the awkward spare chair that always appears in a proper meeting.
In the afternoon the light comes across the table rather than straight into people’s eyes. There is a shelf of spare adapters, because every week someone arrives with the wrong lead and every week reception pretends not to be surprised. Local solicitors like the room because clients can find Wellesley Road, the court is part of the same working Croydon orbit, and the room feels formal without feeling grand.
It is still a quiet office building. The boardroom is for case conferences, interviews, board meetings, training that does not need amplified sound and visiting project teams. It is not for parties, public ticketed events or loud gatherings that spill into the corridor.
